U.S. businesses or individuals having the resources necessary to commercialize a technology (and to further develop it for commercialization when necessary) may license a KSC technology that has not been previously exclusively licensed. Additionally, international organizations willing to commit to manufacturing within the United States in the license agreement may be eligible to enter into a license agreement.
